Circulation Policy & Procedure

Students check out with their class weekly, but they may stop by the library anytime during the school day to exchange books outside their normal library time.

  • Students may place "holds" on books that are checked out by other patrons. When the book is returned, it will be set aside, and the student will be notified that the book is available to check out.
  • Books are considered overdue after two weeks from the day they were checked out. No fines will be assessed, but please bring the book in to either renew or check in.
  • If a student loses a book, it must be paid for.  Look through the house, cars, and backpack before paying for a book.
  • If a book is damaged, we will assess the damage and send a report home with the replacement cost of the book.

Los estudiantes revisan con su clase semanalmente, pero pueden pasar por la biblioteca en cualquier momento durante el día escolar para intercambiar libros fuera de su hora normal de la biblioteca.

  • Los estudiantes pueden colocar "retrasos" en libros que se revisan a otros clientes. Cuando se devuelva el libro, se dejará de lado y se notificará al estudiante que el libro está disponible para ver.
  • Los libros se consideran retrasados después de dos semanas desde el día en que fueron revisados. No se evaluarán multas, pero traiga el libro para renovar o registrarse.
  • Si un estudiante pierde un libro, debe pagarse. Mire a través de la casa, los autos y la mochila antes de pagar un libro.
  • Si un libro está dañado, evaluaremos el daño y enviaremos un informe a casa con el costo de reemplazo del libro.
Lost & Damaged Book Fines & Payment
  • Book fines are assessed for lost or damaged books.
  • ALL fines are used to replace the lost or damaged book. 

At this time, we can only accept online payments made through Revtrak. Please contact the library staff for information about making a payment.

Multas y pago de libros perdidos y dañados
  • Las multas de libros se imponen por libros perdidos o dañados.
